Innovatia is at the Avaya PCC Partner Community Council conference this week in Greenville, South Carolina. This year, we are a Gold Level sponsor and have a trade show booth open to present Innovatia’s products and services.
This morning Rob Keefe, Director of Major accounts for Innovatia, presented to over 350 Avaya executives, partners, vendors and customers at the conference. The topic was “How Social Media is Changing Customer Support”, which outlined Industry trends in Knowledge Management. This included how Innovatia is applying our business structure to compliment and adapt to these trends. This aligns nicely with Avayas direction of Collaboration and “People first Technology”. They believe that technology needs to be focussed on trends and the need for people to collabrate anytime, anywhere. Innovatia is a preferred vendor of Avaya and a proud sponsor for their partner conference.
