really interesting points Kerri … I think as well having employees with a wide range of experience across many different types of products and clients helps us to provide new ideas and different solutions that can be tough for a customer to develop in house. We can provide a bit of outside perspective while also building a solution that fits for the customer, on a customer by customer basis. Hope Enterprise Connect went as you expected

Really interesting insight Jo-Anne – so glad you shared! I definitely want to look into learning more about this – I always try to channel my inner patience when it comes to dealing with people who’s personalities are the opposite to mine. A trick I use is to think of the person as someone’s family member – how would I want someone to treat my 80 year old grandma in a situation? …..

Don’t worry, Kerri – there’s a whole ton of show waiting in your driveway. Congrats to Cisco on the Social Miner product! That’s a big achievement for them, considering how new the product still is.
