The Fall Partner Community Council (PCC) for Avaya is fast approaching! The Innovatia team has been preparing for the event and our schedules are already jam packed between spending time in the demo room, client meetings, research, and of course attending the much anticipated breakout sessions.
The theme for this conference is “Avaya and the PCC – The Power of We”. It’s a fitting theme, considering the constantly changing landscape in the technology world, and the need to work closely together to get the best possible product to market. Like most vendors, it’s important to rely on support through partnerships during a product life cycle – everything from post sales technical support, documentation, partner training, and more.
As the new product manager for the Innovatia training portfolio, I am looking forward to meeting lots of new contacts and really digging in to the current and future needs of both Avaya and the partners that require “The Power of We”.
I will be providing an update once I get to the conference, which runs from Monday Aug 29th to Thursday, Sept 1st.
