In 2018 Roxanne was appointed a Member of the Order of Canada.

Since 2012, Mike has led Innovatia’s R&D program, driving the creation of unique knowledge management products like AcceleratorKMS, ContentMiner, and ProcedureFlow. A recognized thought leader with a U.S. patent and multiple publications, Mike’s leadership spans roles such as Director of R&D and Chief Technology Officer. As Co-CEO, he focuses on operational efficiency, measurable outcomes, and fostering innovation. His collaborative approach empowers teams to deliver transformative solutions that solve real problems and create lasting value for customers.

As Co-CEO, Shelly brings over 25 years of leadership experience spanning human resources, sales, marketing, and operations. She has held influential positions, including Director of Content Operations and Vice President of HR, Marketing, and Communications. Committed to aligning workforce strategies with organizational goals, driving operational excellence, and supporting business growth, Shelly also prioritizes fostering a culture of engagement and collaboration. With a focus on advancing Innovatia’s mission, her efforts are dedicated to delivering impactful results for clients.

John has 35 years of experience as a result-oriented senior financial executive with an exceptional record of achievement. He is a strong visionary who supports, shapes, and implements strategic and operational direction to drive growth, profitability, and sustainability. John is past chair of the Saint John Shared Risk Pension Board, Canada 55plus Games, past director of Bell Aliant Audit Committee and Pension Board, and the Canadian Mental Health Association.
